Please don't waste everyone's time by just firewalling the ORBS tester.
All that will achieve is a brief time off the list until someone
submits evidence the mailserver is still open. At that point, the IP
address is put into the static registry and will only be removed when
ORBS admins are able to fully verify the relay is truely closed. IP
addresses of hosts which do this usually end up in dozens of
individually operated blacklists when seen relaying spam, and each list
admin will need to be individually contacted if/when the mailserver is
fixed. The server may even end up in the MAPS RBL.
