Telnet nie moze sie polaczyc (127.0.0.1 80 lub localhost 80),
zaczyna sie i nie moze. Jest to samo z http.
Usluga jak mowilem wylacza sie i ponownie sie uruchamia (nie
wyswietlane sa zadne bledy, czysty jest tez test serwera).
Podglad zdarzen systemu pokazuje poprawnosc zamkniecie i
uruchomienie uslugi.
Error.log tak wyglada:

Child 2032: Released the start mutex
