Witajcie. Jeden z moich znajomych, prowadzacych firme, swiadczaca
"blokowy" dostep do Internetu, dostal dzisiaj ciekawego maila od firmy
MediaForce, powolujacej sie na DMCA.

W skrocie: chodzi o fakt nielegalnego udostepniania materialow
chronionych prawem autorskim (w tym wypadku chodzi o film) przez sieci
peer-to-peer. MediaForce podaje rzekome IP uzytkownika, ktory dopuscil
sie wykroczenia - problem w tym, ze wszyscy uzytkownicy sa "schowani"
za NATem.

Ciekaw jestem, jak taka sytuacja ma sie do polskiego prawa i jakie sa
wasze propozycje podjecia ewentualnych dzialan? Zalaczam tresc
otrzymanego maila.

2) Take appropriate action against the account holder under your Abuse
Policy/Terms of Service Agreement.
