Szanowni Klienci,
Pragniemy serdecznie podziękować za Waszą głęboką troskę w związku z
trzęsieniem ziemi na Tajwanie. Jest to pierwsza tak ogromna klęska żywiołowa
jaka dotknęła nas od stu lat i nie może być traktowana jako normalna
sytuacja.
Sytuacja w całym kraju jest ciągle niestabilna i nie jest jasne kiedy
nastąpi poprawa, gdyż wysiłki w zakresie ratownictwa i odbudowy ciągle
trwają.
Wiele miast leży w gruzach, a tysiące ludzi straciło życie lub są zaginieni.
Szczęśliwie, możemy Państwa poinformować, że nasza fabryka na Tajwanie nie
została zniszczona i, że produkcja jest kontynuowana ale z przykrością
musimy powiadomić, że wiele fabryk naszych kluczowych dostawców zostało
zniszczonych.
Z tego powodu z przykrością informujemy, że ceny komponentów wzrosną o
10-20% i dlatego my również jesteśmy zmuszeni podwyższyć ceny naszych
produktów. Wyślemy Państwu nowe cenniki oparte na aktualnej sytuacji.
Ludzkość nie może uniknąć takich klęsk żywiołowych i jeszcze raz pragniemy
podkreślić, że jest nam bardzo przykro z powodu takiego rozwoju wypadków.
W tej chwili nie wiadomo co nastąpi w najbliższej przyszłości ale chcemy
Państwa zapewnić, że zrobimy wszystko aby utrzymać nasz plan produkcji i,
oczywiście, zapewnić nadal naszą obsługę i wsparcie techniczne dla Państwa.
Jeszcze raz pragniemy wyrazić nasze najgłębsze ubolewanie z powodu
zaistniałej, strasznej sytuacji i podziękować Państwu za wsparcie i troskę z
powodu wydarzeń na Tajwanie.
