Sposób może mało sprytny, ale jest taki programik UDesktop, który
umożliwia
manipulacje otwartymi okienkami. Głos ma jego autor:

Może to coś dla Ciebie. A to przykład wykorzystania - przesunięcie
okienka
zatytułowanego "Dzwonienie - LAN" w odpowiednie miejsce po 2 sek.:
