ffmpeg.exe - Entry Point Not Found

dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

względnie (dla wersji static):

ffmpeg.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because bcrypt.dll was not found. 
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
