Zależy na którym serwerze. Na jednym jest jeszcze 3.0.27, a na drugim

polecenie: smbcontrol <pid|demon> debug
Powinieneś mieć w logach coś na wzór:
vistatest (192.168.x.x) connect to service Profiles initially as user testx (uid=1128, gid=1000)
[2008/01/17 11:29:56, 2] smbd/open.c:open_directory(2076)
open_directory: unable to create testx.V2. Error was NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
lub coś na wzór:
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/dosmode.c:unix_mode(90)
unix_mode(testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT) inheriting from testx.V2
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/dosmode.c:unix_mode(99)
unix_mode(testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT) inherit mode 40700
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/dosmode.c:unix_mode(90)
unix_mode(testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT) inheriting from testx.V2
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/dosmode.c:unix_mode(99)
unix_mode(testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT) inherit mode 40700
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/open.c:open_file(391)
testx opened file testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT read=Yes write=Yes (numopen=2)
[2008/01/17 11:33:39, 2] smbd/dosmode.c:unix_mode(90)
unix_mode(testx.V2/NTUSER.DAT) inheriting from testx.V2
Nie chciałbym wnikać za bardzo w konfigurację samby (bo nie jest to
odpowiednia tematyka tej grupy), ale wydaje mi się, że Twój problem
leży bardziej po stronie systemu linux i samby aniżeli Visty.
