Apache 2x i PHP 5

Witam

Zainstalowałem Apacha 2.x (apache_2.2.2-win32-x86-no_ssl), zainstalowałem
PHP 5.1.4 (installer [2,639Kb] - 04 May 2006), postępuję zgodnie z
instrukcją:

Installing as a CGI binary

   You need to insert these three lines to your Apache httpd.conf
   configuration file to set up the CGI binary:

   Example 2-5. PHP and Apache 2.0 as CGI
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

# For PHP 5
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php-cgi.exe"

Niestety jak odpalam plik php to pokazuje mi się komunikat:
" Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /php/php-cgi.exe/php.php on this
server."

dla pewności wrzuciłem do c:\php zawartość pecl-5.1.4-Win32 i nadal nic

proszę o pomoc :)
