Just set the source language to 'polski (ISO 8859-2)',
then set destination language to:
'angielski' for English,
'francuski' for French,
'niemiecki' for German,
'hiszpański' for Spanish
or
'holenderski' for Dutch,
and hit 'Tłumacz' (Translate).
