to wystarczy taki trick mojego pomysłu:
1.strona free.www. np na polboxie
2. telnet z funkcja logowania na maszynie dialupujacej
3. prosty skrypt, ktory loguje sie na www i wysyla tam uzyskany od
provajdera ip
4. na www strona html ładnie odsylajaca do maszyny z dynaIP
