The eDNS root file and all transactions related to it have been frozen.
The only template requests which will be accepted at this time are
DELETEs and MODIFYs occasioned by technical necessity (ie: if an RA
were to retire from eDNS, and another were to assume some of their
TLDs).
You may submit those templates to edns-root_at_mcs.net; this is a mailing
list which will be copied to the Root Server Council.
eDNS is formally requesting Internet community input on governance at
this
time, as well as the involvement of the US Federal Government and other
interested Governments.
