http://www.usenet.pl/, as I guess, contains a FAQ on Polish News. It may
be
slightly out-of-date, but the newest version is posted to pl.answers every
month.
Note that your newsserver may not carry all of these, so a list of ngs is
good only for practical/statistical purposes.
