Przeczytalem ostatnia dyskusje,
Aby uczestniczyc aktywnie w newsach IETF trzeba znac ich aktualne
opracowania. Np. o SMTP, MIME, konfiguracji dla przesylania Nie-ASCII
plikow itp. Jest ich taka masa, ze pewno przypadnie po 100 na kazdego
chetnego. Wszystkie sa dostepne na ftp. Mam aktualny zestaw ich
abstraktow. Sluze informacja. Niech kazdy zje po sto kotletow i do
roboty.

A LANG attribute identifies the natural language used by the content of
the associated element.The syntax and registry of language values are
defined by RFC 1766. In summary the language is given as a primary tag
followed by zero or more subtags, separated by "-".
White space is not allowed and all tags are case insensitive. The name
