Dear Customer,

 Sapphire RMA conditions are available at http://www.eqscomputers.com/rma/?1
(please do NOT fill out the Online RMA document, send us back the Excel file
attached to this email).

 We charge an administration fee of ?25.85 GBP including VAT for all
customers. This fee covers a maximum of 2 cards only. Any subsequent cards
will be charge accordingly.

 We just offer payment by www.paypal.co.uk (please read FAQ/help if you have
problem here).

 Within the next 3 days, after receiving a reply from you we will request
the payment via PayPal. If you don't receive it (please check your spam
filter), please send us a reminder again.

 After having received your payment we can start processing your RMA.
Furthermore we have to issue an RMA-number with our factory in Hong Kong,
which can take up to 4-5 days. Afterwards you will get an email from us,
including this RMA number and all the other necessary information.

 Furthermore you are responsible for shipping the card (without any cables
or accessories) and all incidental costs to us, we will pay for the return.

 Please reply with the attached Excel form as described bellow (You only
need to fill in the first datasheet of the file, titled 'RMA Form'):
