problem z modemem

Nowy modem Microcom DeskPorte (zewnętrzny) podłączony do kompa z win98.
Po wyłączeniu i włączeniu modemu za każdym razem udaje się nawiązać
połączenie (0,202122). Po rozłączeniu połączenia powtórnie nie da się
nawiązać połączenia.
Poniżej logi modemu. Ma ktoś jakiś pomysł ? Wygląda na to, że nie odpowiada
na ATDT 0,202122 za drugim razem. Power off/on załatwia sprawę.
