There is a totally unbeleivable clause in the IIS licence agreement
1) No Performance of Benchmark testing. You may not disclose the results of
any benchmark test of the Server Softer (IIS) without the prior written
consent of M$ ... what the *%!@#$! has that got to do with the operation
of their software !
It is illegal to publically compare the performance of IIS to any other web
server. Surely there is some common law constraint to this ? Are there any
legal types out there who want to pick this one up, or explain it in furthur
detail ?????
