Of course it's not a virus, for viruses do the following:
They spread quickly, so does '95
They use up precious systemresources and slow the system, so does '95
Sometimes they trash your HD, so does '95
They often are installed with useful programs, so is '95
They make users believe, that they need new and faster hardware, as
their system isn't fast enough, like '95
But now to the real differences:
- viruses are mainained very well by their authors
- they usually work on any system
- programcode is slim, compact and efficient
- during development they improve
=> Sooo: '95 is NOT a virus.
