Organizers of the 43rd Foundry Conference invite foundrymen, delivering companies, designers and users of castings to Portoroz, expecting a great attendance at our jubilee, the 50th Anniversary of Drustvo livarjev Slovenije (Slovenian Foundrymen`s Society).

The aim of this foundry conference on September 18th - 19th, 2003 in the new Convention Center in Hotel Slovenija - Portoroz is to present professional knowledge needed by foundrymen for their fast incorporation into the process of development of cast parts and components. Founders as specialists for casting various metallic alloys and equipped with new software have a historical opportunity to create their own designs of cast parts with better performances and at lower production costs of complex components. Thus they will become a link of the process of designing high-performance products from the very beginning.
