The International Symposium on Visualization and Imaging in Transport
Phenomena is organized by the International Centre for Heat and Mass
Transfer (ICHMT) & The Visualization Society of Japan (VSJ).

PAPERS AND POSTERS SESSIONS
Oral and poster presentations will be selected for presentation based on
maximum three-page Extended Abstracts. A Special Most Recent Work (MRW)
poster session will allow Authors to present their most recent work
without submitting a paper.
All papers, oral and poster presentations (except the MRW Posters), will
be peer-reviewed for publication in a dedicated volume of Proceedings in
the Annals of The New York Academy of Science. Guidelines for abstract and
manuscript preparation are given in the symposium Web site.

Venue.The Adora Golf Resort Hotel in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, a tourism
paradise on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, 30 km from the Antalya

NOTE : Reservation Forms for the Adora Hotel must be sent through the
ICHMT Secretariat in order to assure the Symposium special discount rates.
SOCIAL EVENTS & TOURS
A welcome reception, symposium dinner, accompanying persons' program, and
post-symposium tours to Istanbul and Cappadocia will be arranged. Tour
reservation forms are on the Symposium Web site.
Arrival and Departure: The Tourism Agency PAMFILYA will, on request,
transfer participants from/to the Anatolia Airport. The Web site of

The Arrival/Departure transportation Forms should be sent to the ICHMT
Secretariat well in advance. Pre- payment is not required.
