Out od memory - Windows 2003 Server SBS

Mam problem z serwerem ktory po kilku, kilkunastu dniach dzialania
zaczyna co jakis czas sypac alertami o niskiej lub zbyt malej ilosci
pamieci, problem wydaje sie z czasem narastac az do momentu w ktorym z
trego powodu siada RPC, tzn inne serwisy/aplikacjie nie moga z niego
skorzystac, no i wtedy juz dupa blada. Serer to dosc mocna maszyna, 2
procki, giga i cwiartka ramu, ogolnie sprzet od HP. Na sererze poza
W2003, regularnie updatowanym, dziala Exchange (to SBS), ilosc userow
nie jest jakas olbrzymia, ot pareedziesiat, z tym ze aktywnie np z
outlookiem w tej chwili pracuje moze parenascie maximum. Ruch sieciowy
na serwerze jest raczej minimalny, jest wlaczone wewnetrzne (w zsadzie
nieuzywane) www, nie ma zadnych oraclow czy mssqli (poza standardowymi
sbsowymi) i innych kobylastych aplikacji. Po serii bledow nastepuja
czasem komunikaty o restarcie niektorych uslug. Czy ktos wie co to moze byc?
