Jeśli jesteś pewny że jest włączone w ustawienia dekodera video
dostępnych w używanym odtwarzaczu sprawdź w gpu-z (advanced -> dxva 2
hardware decode) status jak to jest widziane od strony sterowników
grafiki. Ewentualnie pobierz mpv i w linii poleceń uruchom odtwarzanie
poleceniem:
