Trzeba wykonać taką sztuczkę.
Wklejam dla potomnych:

Go to Command Prompt via typing 'command' in run dialog (from start).
If you need to, use CD \ and enter to get you to a simple c:\ dos
prompt. Then add after the prompt rd\\?\c:\recycler\nprotect/s (and
answer yes to 'do you really want to do this'...). If successful you
will simply be returned to the c:\ prompt (no other indications of the
process). Repeat for other drives as necessary.
