Vista i Visual Basic problem

Witam

Mam Vista 64 Home Premium, próbowałem zainstalować program Zero Noise.
Wywala błąd:

Class not registered.
You need the following file to be installed on your machine.
MSSTDFMT.DLL

Znalazłem, że to jakiś problem z Visual Basic Runtime.

Co robić?
