nie moge nic zainstalowac pomocy!!!

Od jakiegos czasu mam problemy nie moge nic zainstalowac na komputerze
Windowx Xp sp2
Głownie chodzi o instalki które wykorzystują program windows instaler mam na
mysli kodeki wersje trialowe programów, wciąz pojawia mi sie komunikat
"this installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package
exists and that you can acces it or contact the aplication vendor to verify
that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

Prosze pomóżcie mi przeinstalowywalem juz Sp2 jak i windows instaler i nic
nie pomogło
