Performance data collection is triggered by a Task Scheduler task called
Collect Server Performance Data (%sbsprogramdir%/monitoring\mssbsssr.exe
-perf). It's scheduled to run daily at 7:45 P.M. and it gathers system,
disk, memory, Exchange, Fax, and printing performance statistics, and then
places that data into the database.
