Może takie leczenie pomoże:
"If anyone has these controllers disabled after updating from windows
update, here is the fix. Go to programs, accesories, system info and then
click on options or tools and you will see the uninstall wizard, you will
see what fixes were installed with the update probably the intel
drivers....remove them both then reboot and your controllers will come
back"
