/quorum[resource][:ResourceName] [/path:Path]
[/maxlogsize:MaximumSize_in_Kilobytes]
Changes the name or location of the quorum resource or the size of the
quorum log. If no options are supplied, this command will display the name
of the quorum resource, the path, and maximum log size.
