2. Dlaczego ?? wpisują tam ASy które tranzytują dalej w świat. Zakupując
FR + pełnym feedem BGP tam lądujesz, gdyż AS-TPNET składa się tylko
z as-world-transit (chyba ze jest inne makro, którego TPSA nie
ujawnia w RIPE)
