BUSINESS INVESTMENT PROPOSAL
I know you will be surprise to receive this letter my name is pajimoh Katunga, the former security adviser of late Laurent Kabila, the former president of Democratic Republic of Congo (D.R.C) I got your contact through the South African Information Exchange (S.A.I.E) regarding your trustworthy and such I decided to ask for your assistance to transfer some money out of South African into your personal or company account. I was the National Security adviser to his Government and I gave him my full support to fight the rebel out of D.R.C.
By virtue of my rank and statue in his Government, I tried to ensure that his son is been installed as the next President of the Country when the president died. But as the situation will have it, and out of sentiment by some of the officers in the cabinet, the rebels now went on looking for the key people in late Kabila's administration.. This made me loose interest in the Government and I resigned from my services with the Government.
My late boss Laurent Kabila had with him $26.4M (Twenty six Million four hundred thousand United States Dollar), which was kept under my service, for the purchase of ammunition to strengthen the coalition of soldiers from different countries fighting the rebel in our country. Because of the apathy of the Government in power and with this huge sum in possession.
I quickly made arrangement, defaced this money for security reasons and move it to South Africa. It's now deposited with a Security and Finance Company. I am temporary living in South Africa as an asylum seeker and the Financial Laws of the Republic of South Africa do not allow asylum seekers certain financial rights. In view of this you are expected to South Africa and open Non-Resident Account where the fund will be lodged in and subsequently be transferred into your nominated account overseas. Because of the way in which this money was acquired, I decided not to invest the money anywhere in Africa, hence my asking you to assist me transfer this money outside South Africa for investment purposes.
For your efforts, 15% of the total sum of the money will be yours if you will assist me transfer this money into your account overseas. I have also decided to use 5% of this money to settle for any expenses we may incure during the process of this transaction. The balance I intend to invest in profitable ventures in your country or else where you may advise.
