Będziesz miał 640MB bez Dual-Channel niezależnie jak obsadzisz sloty.

"It is not necessary to add memory in pairs. Memory upgrades are
accomplished by adding single or multiple DIMMs of the same or
varied sizes. This chart does not represent all possible memory
configurations. The Intel 915GV Express chipset supports non-ECC
DDR2 PC2-3200 (400-MHz), and non-ECC DDR2 PC2-4200 (533-MHz) memory.
For best performance, add in pairs, add in same channel, and do not mix
speeds. For dual-channel performance, the total amount
of memory in each channel should be equal. If speeds are mixed, speed will
default to the slowest DIMM."
