przepełnienie poczty w operze

od paru dni nie mogę używać poczty w operze.dostaję list od :admin
"Bounced Message Notification, total bytes stored"
i dalej

i dalej informacja od kogo listu nie dostałam....i
To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact
the sender to resend the message.

A w poczcie mam listów w sumie na 2-3 Mb.
Gdzieś pewnie wyrzucone listy zostały
i nie mam do nich dostępu i blokują skrzynkę.
Co mogę zrobić?
