Q: Are the cables for the 1460 and 1480 interchangeable?
Yes, with the exception of UltraSCSI devices on the 1480. For Ultra SCSI
devices, Adaptec recommends using the standard 18" high density cable
provided with the SlimSCSI 1480 kit. This cable is 90 ohms and can better
handle UltraSCSI requirements. For more specific information, refer to the
attached cable chart for specific information.
