Badblocks i gwarancja

witam;

na moim dysku pojawiły się 3 badblocki; na dysk mam jeszcze rok gwaracji:
czy taka ilość badblocków kwalifikuje dysk to naprawy/wymiany gwarancyjnej,
czy też, podobnie jak to się ma z niektórymi LCD i bad pixelami, jest jakaś
ilościowa norma która zakłada, że monitor (dysk) może posiadać ileśtam
badpixeli (badblocków)?

poza tym, dysk wydaje się być sprawny:
