U mnie zgłaszał sie jako "Security Device" chociaż nikt hasła nie zakładał.
Pomogło to:
"Here is the recovery procedure:
Download Canyon EZ Recovery utility http://tinyurl.com/6ttdn and USB
Flash Tools http://tinyurl.com/4j9s8
Install both packages, reboot and run EZ Recovery tool
Plug USB flash device into USB port and press Recover button
Wait until process completes (it is possible that error message will be
displayed at the end, ignore it and continue)
Unplug the device and plug it back again as prompted
Start USB Flash Tools, leave password field empty and press OK
Press “Format” button and wait until process completes
Exit from service utility and use your USB Flash drive normally "...
