Lotus Notes - problem :(

Witam
Mam nastepujacy problem: po wlaczeniu programu Lotus Notes 6.5 pokazuje sie
tylko splash screen, czekam okolo 30 sekund, splash screen znika i nic sie nie
dzieje :( Co moze byc tego przyczyną? System stoi na Windowsie XP.
