Znalazlem to na stronie leadteka:

 Before you installing a new Windows, reserve some files and all the
configuration in Registry.
Reserve some files in the PVR folder:
WFPRFL.cfg (Capture profile settings)
WFSCHDL.dat (Schedule settings)
Winfq.cfg (Frequency table)
Wincdl.cfg (Customized frequency table)
And please run "regedit.exe" from the Windows "Start" item, then export the
content in ---HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWARELeadtekvideo ( refer to the graphic)
to a Registry file, for example "winfast_pvr.reg".
After you reintalling a new Windows system, just copy and replace these
files into PVR's folder, and execute the Regitry file "winfast_pvr.reg". You
can get all the same configuration settings as before.
