Przecież jest napisane od razu na początku:

each item. The total amount this calculator figures is for all devices
running at peak utilization. It is important to bear in mind that this
amount will never be reached under typical operation."
Ten kalkulator po prostu zakłada "worst case scenario" czyli jakby wszystko
nagle zaczęło chodzić na max. a to się praktycznie nie zdarza.
