The M/B can support Cyrix III CPU, just make sure to update the BIOS to
2baa. As of now, Cyrix IIIa CPU is not supported
Can I change the IRQ settings of my PCI card under Win 2K?
You can try, Please go to bios setup--> "PnP/PCI configuration" --> change
the assign IRQ on the PCI Slot to other free IRQ.
Please note that the USB is using IRQ 11, the PCI slot 3 is connected to
the USB, so whatever device you have plug on PCI slot 3, that device will
always use IRQ 11.
