Dziwne wymagania co do DIMM

 W instrukcji do mojej plyty glownej (AOPEN AK33 - AMDthunderbird)
pisze cos takiego (umiem to przetlumaczyc, ale nie wiem o co w tym chodzi):

"Tip: The driving capability of the new generation chipset is limited due
to the lack
of a memory buffer (to improve performance). This makes DRAM chip count an
important factor to take into consideration when you install DIMMs.
Unfortunately
, there is no way that BIOS can identify the correct chip count ; you need
to
calculate the chip count by yourself. The simple rule is: By visual
inspection , use
only DIMMs which are less than 16 chips."

Moze ktos wie o co tu chodzi?
1. dlaczego "chip count" jest taki wazny - rozumiem, ze jest to ilosc
scalakow na DIMMie
2. co sie stanie, gdy zainstaluje DIMM z 16 scalakami.
3. jakie DIMMy maja mniej niz 16 scalakow???

Pytam, bo mam wlasnie DIMMa z 16 scalakami i ciagle problemy z zawieszaniem
sie
systemu.
