The following files should exist on the original CD:
00000001.TMP, CLCD16.DLL, CLCD32.DLL and CLOKSPL.EXE.
There is always a GAME.EXE and GAME.ICD file where the .ICD is the original
game executable and the .EXE is a loader containing a parts of the SafeDisc
protection.
Solution
The same as the Securom protection, SafeDisc has been cracked and there is a
generic patch available from GameCopyWorld
? Firstly, make a direct 1:1 copy of the original CD.
? To copy the CD, use CDRWIN and follow these instructions:
? Make an image making sure that the settings are set up in with 'Data Read
Speed' set as '1x' and set 'Error Recovery' to 'Ignore Errors'
? This image process will take a couple of hours to complete, but is
necessary to make a perfect direct copy.
? Once you have burnt the image to CD, run the SafeDisc patch to bypass the
protection
