Dear Roman,

If Protel v2.0 can write out into the Release IV format you should be able
to create a library file that will be compatible with SDT v3.10 and later.
There was not database change in the libraries since v3.10 in the Release
IV format. We did have an SDT386+ release which is a different format,
again I'm not familiar with what Protel can produce.
