Cos takiego znalazlem na comp.os.os2.bugs:
Przed patchowaniem trzeba netscape.exe rozpakowac lxlitem.

Hi,
I got notfied that there was a little bug in my patch. After applying it
Communicator/2 the GetMsg button was grayed out so I took a look at
netscape.exe again and created this new patch that has so far enable me to
send and receive a test e-mail (with Communicator/2 of course), and to use
the browser (I have only tested it for a few minutes so far but it should
work well). Here is the new noexp.pat file:
