We cordially invite you to submit a paper presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications in the area we describe above.
 
Papers should be 10 ~ 14 pages (full paper-LNCS) or 6 ~ 9 pages (short paper-IEEE)
written in English, and must comply with the Springer-Verlag format(LNCS) described at
