                               Dear Colleagues !
               Physico-technological Institute of Metals and Alloys of
         the National Academy of Science of Ukraine will incorporate
         international science and technological conference in 1997
         CAST COMPOSITE MATERIALS - 97 (CCM-97)

               We invite you, your colleagues, potential partners and
         customers to take part in the international out of sight
         conference "Cast Composite Materials - 97".
               Purpose of conference: to discuss the most important
         and interesting results in new and developing field of cast
         material technology - cast composite materials (CCM); to
         change of information between specialists, producers and
         customers of production about progress and efficacy
         application new constructive and functional CCM with advanced
         exploitation properties.
               It's planing to organize the following events:
               1.Publication of present papers in special number of
         journal "Process of casting" in the following thematic areas:
         - perspective Cast Composite materials (CCM);
         - technological process of producing details with CCM;
         - investigations of forming structure and properties of CCM
           applications mathematical methods and computer technologies
           in working out and optimization technological process
           producing of CCM and prognostication of their properties;
         - fields of application of CCM.
               2.Acceptation of papers from potential authors
         (October - November 1997).
               3.Discussion of published reports during scientific and
         technological seminar PTIMA NAN of Ukraine, Kiev (October -
         November 1997).
               The Ukrainian and foreign specialists will be invited
         to the conference. Conference participants will have the
         opportunity to publish their papers, to present their results
         for technical and industrial society and to gain a coherent
         global view of the up-to-date producing and application of
         CAM. The conference will helps to manage a new scientific
         cooperation.
               Participants are invited to send a reports(maximum 3
         pages), abstract in Russian and English, act of expert's
         opinion not later than 10 of June 1997 to:
