Myślę że większość z nas wie o tym już od bardzo dawna. W przypadku badań
mających dość duży impakt ( factor :D ) w dziedzinie upolitykowanej, wyniki
badań leżą w szafie pancernej jeszcze przed ich zleceniem. Istnieje zapewne
wiele wariantów powyżej przedstawionego zjawiska.
