XP SP3 blad podczas instalacji

Witam

Spotkał się ktoś z takim błedem: "Plik produktu Service Pack 3
"sciezka\update\update.inf jest niepoprawny" podczas instalacji SP3?
Windows XP Pro z MSDNAA z legalnym kluczem, na bieżąco aktualizowany.
Service pack ściągnięty dzisiaj z strony MS.

W google nie mogę nic ciekawego znaleźć :(, a svcpack.log pokazuje takie
coś:
