problem z dyskiem

Witam
Mam problem z dyskiem Seagate Barracuda IV 40GB. Pracuje pod Windows XP
Profesional.
Problem polega na tym ze dysk sie nie chce zabootowac. Odpalam wiec system z
plyty instalacyjnej i odpalam chkdsk. On cos tam naprawia ale nie pisze co
(albo ja nie wiem jak sprawdzic co ten chkdsk zrobil) i system odpala.
Niestety jak po kilku godzinach bede chcial wlaczyc komputer to sytuacja sie
powtorzy. Programy ze strony seagate nie znalazly bledow. HDD Health wywala
to co ponizej (sorry ze wszystko ale nie wiem co wazne). Macie jakis pomysl
jak poradzic sobie z tym problemem? Z gory dzieki za rady.
