Moderator note: Ever have one of those days you wished you never got out
of bed? Turns out there were two people from the same domain subscribed
to this list which caused the the looping of News posts which caused
multiple sends of the same announcements. I have now unsubscribed both
and notified them of the problem. I hope this finally fixes the problem.
