ostatnio poruszanego problemu (wyslalem na priva, ale sie zreflektowalem, ze komus
jeszcze sie moze przydac)

This problem is related with older versions of MPTS. The user needs to install at least
MPTS 8610, there's a link to download the required files in the read.me of pwICQ.
