Looks as if with FP13, performance monitoring is disabled by default:
" Start up Warp Centre and it'll fire up the kernel counters. You need
something that issues the "start command" to the performance
monitoring stuff in the kernel. In Warp 4 it was enabled by default,
in WSeB it was disabled by default and that's carried into FP13."
We haven't decided on an update to OD at this time.
